A M E L I A
My eyes flutter open as the intensity of the sunlight that falls directly on my lids. Stiffing a yawn, I stretch my limbs and with the help of my palms, I push the mattress down and support my body to sit up straight, leaning my back against the headboard.
The memories from last night start rushing back inside my head, bringing a smile automatically on my lips. I bite my lower lip, trying to hold it back from curling up in a full blown grin.ย
Whatever happened last night feels like magic.ย
Thatโs the only way to describe it.
The way the whole concert started, the songs changed, hitting just the right spot, knowing what they did to me and yet, didnโt stop, and then the kiss. It all feels unreal. Surreal. And everything in between.ย
